In a former bank building in the village of Laren (Gld.) is the Ortis physiotherapy group, part of the Solis Zorggroep (Project 595). In 2011 Atelier Argos was commissioned to refurbish the building. New waiting room, offices, treatment rooms and training room (The gym). We also designed the signing for the rooms and on the windows. With a limited budget, the building was given a refreshing look while retaining its characteristic appearance. The plan was to modernize the interior without compromising the existing elements. This had to be achieved with a limited budget and time.
The Dress lamps are used to serve as a connecting element between the waiting room and hallway.
The inspiration came from the characteristics of the building.
Furthermore, a series of trend maps had been used to consult with customers.
They indicated what colors they would like to see.
Ultimately, the combination of wishes, existing colors and the vision of Atelier Argos led to the end result.
The customer was very pleased with the end result and the costs remained within budget.
The client appreciated the project and was extremely satisfied with the expenses and the speed with which everything was done.
The contractor was also extremely pleased with the collaboration and the choices made in color and material.
